No payment is required at sign-up. The deposit-to-hold is due once enough participants have signed up and we move forward with reserving the yacht. If the yacht is not reserved, the deposit-to-hold will be refunded. The first installment, approximately 50% of your charter cost, is due when the yacht is officially reserved—typically within a week after collecting the deposit-to-hold. This deposit is applied toward your total charter cost. The final installment (installment #2) is due about three months before the charter begins. If you can no longer participate, your charter costs will only be refunded if a fully-paying replacement is found. Charter costs may vary based on yacht availability and occupancy. A trip-expense deposit will be collected two weeks before departure. Yacht type and amenities are subject to change depending on availability at the time of reservation and embarkation.
